Ironically, this very unpopular tax measure of the Arroyo regime which is supposed to make our very poor country suddenly rich(according to lower house of congress speaker De Venecia) was launched right on Halloween's day so it clearly underscores the horrifying havoc EVAT will cause on desperate lives of poor Filipino people.
